Metaphern und ihre semantischen Felder in den Textgenres der „Erfahrungsanweisungen“ des tibetischen Buddhismus

Das Projekt hat zum Ziel, erstens, einen Beitrag zur Erforschung religiöser Metaphern durch eine Analyse buddhistischer Metaphern von Licht, Raum, Bewegung und Landwirtschaft zu leisten. Zweitens, zwei Gattungen der tibetischen Literatur in diesem Zusammenhang zu untersuchen, namentlich die Erfahrungsanweisungen und, als Kontrast, die Stufenpfad-Texte. Drittens wird eine wechselseitige Beziehung zwischen religiösen Metaphern und Gattungen hergestellt, indem nach dem Einfluss der Metaphern auf die Gattungen und vice versa gefragt wird.
