Weg und Rechtleitung. Die Entwicklung koranischer Raum- und Bewegungsmetaphern in der Tafsīr-Literatur

In der islamischen Tradition nehmen Raum- und Bewegungsmetaphern einen prominenten Platz ein, beginnend mit dem „geraden Weg“ (al-ṣirāṭ al-mustaqīm) aus Sure 1 des Korans. Das Teilprojekt A01 analysiert, wie die metaphorische Sprache in der Tafsir-Literatur zu religiöser Sinnbildung beiträgt und wie sie verschiedenen religiösen Vorstellungswelten Ausdruck verleiht. Ein zweiter Untersuchungsschwerpunkt sind Sinnverschiebungen im Rahmen des wechselseitigen Transfers von Raum- und Bewegungsmetaphern zwischen dem arabischsprachigen Korankommentar und anderen literarischen Gattungen und Sprachen.
